MOE Overseas Student Attachment Programme (OSAP)

Every year, Ministry of Education sends JC1 students to participate in overseas attachment programmes. The two programmes offered this year are

• Center for Excellence in Education – Research Science Institute Programme (CEE-RSI), USA (28 June to 8 August 2026)

Eligibility:

• Open to all JC1 students who are Singaporeans or Singapore Permanent Residents

• Distinction in English
  A1 for Mathematics
  A1 for Additional Mathematics
  A1 for two pure Science subjects or one pure Science and Computing/Computer Science

• Should have strong passion in STEM and research

• Should have prior research experience

• Should be outstanding in their co-curricular activities; and should have good communication skills

Time Frame and Application for OSAP 2026

• 28 Jan 2026, 3:00 pm – 4:30 pm

• 6 Feb 2026, 8 am
  Submission of video clip and application form. You can download the application form here.

• 9 Feb 2026, 10 am
  Submit online application form for students nominated by the school

• After 9 Feb 2026
  Selected applicants will attend an interview
