Orientation Dates: 4, 5, 6 and 9 February 2026

Welcome to Nanyang Junior College! Orientation 2026 is designed to help our incoming NYJCians settle in, make new friends, and begin their NYJC journey with confidence.

What You Need to Know:

1. Communication of Details :
• On 3 February for student: Orientation Group Leaders (OGLs) will contact JAE students to share key Orientation details, including reporting arrangements and administrative follow-ups. Please look out for their phone call in the afternoon.
• From 4 February for parents/guardians: Key information will be shared via the Parents Gateway app.

2. Reporting on Day 1 (4 February 2026)

• Reporting Time: 7.30am
• Venue: NYJC School Hall
• Attire: Secondary school PE attire
• Dismissal (Day 1): By 5.30pm

3. What Students Should Bring (Day 1)

• Water bottle
• Writing materials
• Personal medication (if any)
• Cash for lunch (exact amount preferred; this amount will be advised by OGLs)

4. Orientation Information & Administration (from 3 February onwards)

From 3 February, students will be guided by their OGLs on:
• Accessing the NYJC Portal and Orientation information repository
• Orientation programme overview
• Uniform and school apparel purchases
• Subject information, diagnostic tests (where applicable), and subject selection
• Lunch arrangements during Orientation
