Type of Stall: Fusion Cuisine (Rice)
Closing Date: 18 May 2026
Requirements: To setup and operate a stall selling Fusion
food preferably rice (Halal or non-Halal). We are open to proposals.
Application Procedure

Download and complete the application form. You may also request for a hardcopy of the Application Form from the School’s General Office.

Attach the following documents together with the application form:

Photocopy of the NRIC (front and back)

List of proposed menu and pricing for all items

Photocopy of relevant certificates such as Basic Food Hygiene Course, etc

Submit the completed application form and documents by closing date via email OR to the School’s General Office.

How to get there?
Nearest MRT: Lorong Chuan MRT (CC14 Circle Line) - 5 min walk
Bus numbers: 136, 73, 24, 22, 853 (walk about 5-7 mins)
Interested applicants must meet the following criteria:

Singapore Citizen (SC) or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR) for stallholder.

Stall assistant(s) may be a SC, SPR or a Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) or LTVP-Plus holder with Letter of Consent to work.

Able to provide good service and quality food/drinks at reasonable prices. Prices will be determined in consultation with the school.

Able to provide cooked food that meets the health / nutritional standards set by the Health Promotion Board (HPB) under the “Healthy Meals in Schools Programme (HMSP)” guidelines (see link).

Able to maintain high standard of food safety and personal hygiene. This includes complying with relevant authorities’ requirements and guidelines.

Healthy and fit to operate the stall.

Must be in personal attendance at the stall.

Preferably possess catering experience or experience operating in a school environment.
Note to successful applicants:

Successful applicant and stall assistant(s) operating the stall must attend and pass the Food Safety Course Level 1 conducted by SkillsFuture Singapore approved training providers.

Successful applicant is required to apply for a food stall license from Singapore Food Agency (SFA) to operate the stall.
Shortlisted applicants will be notified for an interview and will be required to provide food sampling for the School Canteen Selection Committee at the applicant’s own expense.
